From your experience of seeing the product for the first time in one of our retailer showrooms to ordering your product, sourcing the right standard of raw materials through to production, finishing, delivery to the retailer and on to you.

We manufacture to stringent British Standards ISO9001 so there are many quality checks throughout and to top it all we offer a manufacturer warranty to protect you and our reputation.
